    Important Notes

    • More details on Deposit/Withdrawal methods are available on the Client Portal.
    • Email addresses used to open e-Wallets must be verified and match the email addresses used to register at Compatible Trading. If a client’s email address does not match, you will be requested to provide us with the necessary proof of ownership of your e-Wallet in order for Compatible Trading to be able to process the withdrawal requests. In such cases, withdrawal requests might be delayed until proof of ownership is confirmed.
    • For Credit Card payments, Compatible Trading requires from all its customers to provide a copy of the front and back of their Credit Card based on the instructions provided in the Client Portal.
    • Credit Card and Bank Wire withdrawals can be requested at any time but please note that these will be processed within banking working hours Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 GMT.
    • Please note even though Digital wallet deposits are reflected instantly into your Compatible Trading account, Compatible Trading requires all its customers to provide proof of account ownership if the client’s email is different to the Digital wallet email.
    • Crypto Deposits and Withdrawals depend on blockchain overload.
    • Minimum Deposit amount for Perfect Money Bank Wire Deposit Method is 300 USD (or EUR equivalent)
    • Please note that deposits can only be accepted from Clients who already registered a Skrill account in South Africa before the 13th September 2021.
